Precision Slitting Process
The Stainless Steel Slit Strip is processed using a four-roll precision slitting unit, with real-time monitoring by a laser thickness gauge to achieve a thickness tolerance of ≤±0.005mm (industry average is ±0.02mm). Additionally, disc shearing technology is employed on the strip edges, controlling burr height within 0.01mm. This ensures a 40% reduction in mold wear during subsequent stamping and bending processes.

Superior Surface Treatment Technology
We use a composite process combining electrolytic polishing and mechanical grinding, achieving a strip surface roughness of Ra ≤0.4μm (comparable to a mirror 8K finish). This treatment not only enhances aesthetics but also reduces the friction coefficient to 0.15 (compared to 0.35 for standard stainless steel), extending service life by more than three times in applications involving sliding parts.

Exceptional Tensile Strength
Through controlled rolling and cooling processes, our products achieve tensile strength ranging from 520 to 720MPa, with an elongation of ≥40%. This combination of strength and flexibility ensures the strip remains crack-free during deep drawing and is capable of withstanding dynamic loads.
