Features

Excellent corrosion resistance
The core advantage of Round Bar SUS316 lies in their unique alloy ratio. By adding 2-3% molybdenum (higher than 0% of SUS304), the stability of the material in chloride environment can be improved. Secondly, in the 5% sodium chloride solution immersion test, the corrosion rate of SUS316 is less than 0.001mm/year, which is about 3 times lower than that of SUS304.

High temperature stability
The austenite crystal structure of our products remains stable at high temperatures, and its chromium (16-18%) and nickel (10-14%) contents work together to form a dense oxide layer. At 500℃, its tensile strength can still maintain more than 85% of the normal temperature value, and the yield strength reaches 205MPa, while the strength of ordinary carbon steel at the same temperature decreases by more than 40%.

Excellent processing performance
Our products have good machinability and weldability, and are not easy to crack or deform during mechanical processing. Its low magnetic properties also make it more suitable for some application scenarios that require anti-magnetic interf
