Product Quality Assurance Measures
All steel products we sell are sourced from strictly screened upstream steel mills and come with original manufacturer's warranty, test reports, material specifications, and other relevant documentation. If you discover material discrepancies, dimensional errors exceeding national standards, tolerance limits, or obvious surface defects during inspection, please provide photos and order information within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund within 7 business days after verification and will cover any associated costs.
Shipping Damage and Shortage Handling
If you discover obvious damage, rust, broken packaging, or insufficient quantity upon delivery, which is suspected to be a problem caused during transportation, please be sure to take photos for evidence and contact our customer service within 24 hours. We will promptly contact the logistics provider to conduct an investigation and, based on the results, provide reissue, return, or compensation options to protect your legal rights.
Dedicated Hotline for Custom Processing Issues
For custom steel products ordered by customers, if upon receipt, you discover discrepancies with the processing drawings, insufficient quantity, or substandard processing precision, you may submit a request within 72 hours of receipt, providing the original drawings, photos of the actual product, and a description of the issue. We will prioritize resuming production or reworking, and will cover any necessary logistics costs.
Rapid Customer Service Response Mechanism
We provide online customer service (phone, WeChat, QQ, website, etc.) from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, including holidays. If you have any questions during use, our customer service will respond within 2 hours, provide a resolution within 24 hours, and follow up until the issue is resolved.
Official Invoice and Documentation Support
All orders can be issued with either a 13% VAT special invoice or a standard invoice. Simply provide your invoicing information when placing your order, and we will ship within 5 business days of order settlement. If there are invoice errors, header changes, or re-invoices, please contact after-sales customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will re-issue and re-mail the invoice free of charge.
