Our High Performance Regulating Valve feature an advanced flow characteristic design that enables highly accurate regulation. With an equal-percentage flow curve, they offer more linear and controllable flow changes, keeping regulation accuracy errors typically within ±1%.
Excellent Pressure Resistance
Manufactured from high-strength stainless steel or pressure-resistant alloys, our valves can handle maximum working pressures up to 25 MPa-significantly higher than the 16 MPa standard of typical carbon steel control valves.
Outstanding Sealing Performance
Our valves incorporate either metal-to-metal or soft sealing structures, achieving ANSI Class VI sealing standards with leakage rates below 10⁻⁶m³/s. The sealing surfaces are specially hardened to a hardness of over HRC60, providing excellent resistance to erosion and wear. This ensures long-term tight sealing even under high-pressure, high-temperature conditions, reducing the risk of leakage and extending maintenance intervals.
Enhanced Wear-Resistant Design
To address erosion from high-velocity fluids, our valves utilize technologies such as hard alloy surfacing and ceramic spraying. The hard layer typically exceeds 0.5 mm in thickness, and the surface roughness is controlled at Ra≤0.4μm. This not only improves wear resistance but also maintains an excellent sealing fit.
